Visionist Theological Bible Institute Inc. is a Non Profit religious institution commits to equipping and prepare men and women interested to further their education in the study of the word of God through the Bible and all related for the same purpose; therefore, enrolling in this institution shall not discriminate applicant on the basis of race, color, gender, sex, national origin, marital status, physical appearance, age, sexual orientation, religion, creed, belief, ancestry, and military status, but character, quality, and competence shall be the ethical criteria to register and accept into this institution.

Therefore, Visionist duly opened its religious freedom to all affirmative action to empower people of all faith and manifestation, but the Bible is the basis of our core education and of all our curriculum and academic programs which are not secular, conventional, not regulated by any department of education included the US but not limited to all other international countries. VTBI INC in is not seeking any endorsement nor accreditation from any entities or government for we believe our religious system of education is from God. Therefore, there is no need for such inter-relation to establish.

All applicants must certify that the understanding of VTBI INC policies is beyond no reasonable doubt prime evidence, belief, doctrine, and statement of faith is absolute and unique to One God through Him alone all knowledge is found. VTBI reserved the right to amend, change, add, and alter its policies and regulation. VTBI INC is exclusively formed to offer Biblical studies.

Visionist Theological Bible Institute Inc. was organized in 2007 under the leadership of Dr Rivel Dumaine, Pastor by the power of the Holy Spirit through the Lord Jesus for the performing of such call to educate others to carry on the standard value of Christian Education with the help of God those who received their education at VTBI INC challenged our motivation to go higher and all over to reach those who are continually have limited access to biblical studies. Since 2007 VTBI INC has inspired and helped many people to achieving a career goal in the Christian field either in the ministry, in the pastoral, in the leadership, and or education to empower mew and existing Christian leaders bring the great commission to the best level of understanding, interpretation , and discernment of the word of God.  

Dr. Rivel Dumaine, Pastor of Visionsit Church Inc. holds several degrees based on conventional, circular, traditional and Theological studies. Dr. Rivel Dumaine, Pastor hereby certify to have in his possession the following degrees: Doctor of Theology in 2005, Bachelor in Business Science in Accounting in 2014, ASPI in the ART 1997.

As Pastor, Dr. Rivel Dumaine was ordained in the Gospel of Jesus in 1996 and since that I was called to preach the great commission to all nations and never looked back.

VTS has one rule for admission: All is welcome to receive a fair and impartial Christian education upon giving all appropriate records to the admission office to analyze, verify, and make a final and complete decision base on justice and equity without discrimination, racism, nor prejudice, but must be the intent to study the word of God or receive similar related studies.

What is a degree?
According to Dr Rivel Dumaine, Pastor, a degree is the reward and achievement receives after completing the requirements of a program that allows the applicant to receive a diploma of attestation. Therefore, the applicant must complete the entire program to have a degree and to receive a diploma included not limited to all outstanding fees and past dues. Applicants must make sure that all debts are paid in order to walk to the graduation.

Course Credit:
VTBI INC measures a credit to be 4hours of classroom studies or related research given by the institution.

Associate Program:
This program is 108 credit hours which allow applicant or student to take a minimum of 27 courses. The student has the option selecting the courses or leaves it up to the admission to make the selection.

Requirement for the associate program:
High school, GED, or any other Christian credentials dimly accepted by the admission office and all fees complied with scope of this degree.

Bachelor Program:
Requested: Associate Degree or other qualified Christian field of studies.

Student who holds an associate degree from an institution that VTBI INC accepted and recognized may enroll in a bachelor program to pursue a Christian career to take a minimum credit of 120 credit hours for a total 30 courses. 

Master’s Program:
Must have a bachelor degree of any related field studies accepted by VTBI INC to get in the master’s program. The master’s Program composes of compilation of researches, motivational speakers, speech, demonstration, expository, persuasion, information, ethical, and thesis presentation. Students must be able to defend the Christian faith, education, and grace of God, and hermeneutical, homiletically the sermon of the bible. This program is 128 credit hours from a total of 32 courses. Thesis of 25 pages excluded all others pages are a requirement for this program.

Doctorate Program:
This program requires student to have a Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field to religion.

Enrollee must take a minimum of 132 credit hours to graduate from this program.
